Apple Spice Bread

I put the apple butter recipe to good use with this one. This gluten free bread is crunchy on the outside with a soft and chewy consistency on the inside. This can also be made into muffins, scones, etc.

Ingredients
  1. 2 cups coconut flour or a gluten free flour blend
  2. 3 eggs (pastured are best)
  3. 1 1/2 cups apple butter
  4. 1/2 cup grass fed butter melted
  5. 2 tbsp raw honey
  6. 1 tsp cinnamon
  7. 1/2 tsp sea salt
  8. 2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, adding the baking powder last
  3. Spoon batter into an 8x3 greased loaf pan
  4. Bake for 50 minutes, then remove from oven and place on a cooling rack to cool
  5. Serve with grass fed butter and apple butter

  1. Remember, organic ingredients taste better!
