Ingredients
  1. 2 cups gluten free oats
  2. 4 tsp melted raw honey (or just regular honey), divided
  3. 3 tsp coconut oil
  4. 1/4 cup almond meal
  5. 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  6. 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  7. 2 tbsp chopped cashews
  8. 2 tbsp raisins (optional)
  9. 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 275
  2. Set aside 2 tsp of honey
  3. Mix all other ingredients in a medium sized bowl, then transfer to a nonstick baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tsp honey
  4. Bake for 10 minutes
  5. Remove from oven, mix, and drizzle remaining honey on top. Return to oven
  6. Bake for an additional 35 minutes, stirring the mixture every 5-10 minutes
  7. Remove from the oven and let stand for 15 minutes before serving
Notes
  1. Remember, organic ingredients taste better!
